The powers of relaxing the nervous system can help to support the onset of sleep, but also promote a relaxed state of mind to tackle an important task or busy day. Kava is a traditionally used nervous system relaxant alongside valerian. Skullcap to stop the regurgitating thoughts. 

This lil blend has an action like that of a weighted blanket on the nervous system. A hand pressing down on the shoulders.. a tonic that's just saying "stop. slow. rest."

Dosage 
Adults: 1 full dropper, as needed, up to 3x daily.
Child: 8-16yrs: 10 drops up to 2x daily.

Valerian officinalis, Piper methysticum, Scutellaria lactiflora, Manuka honey UMF20+. Extracted in water & ethanol (27%).
